Just came back from watching Narnia! Quite a solid movie, seeing it was a fantasy movie and was based off a book. Much better than other stuff like Potter *cough* or Eragon. That being said, it wasn't flawless, but its transition from book to the screen was quite well done.
Plotwise, nothing much could be done, seeing it was based off a book by C.S Lewis,from a series of 7. Prince Caspian was the best book they could have picked, seeing it continues the stories of the 4 children ( who aren't really children anymore). But then, much of the 2 half hour monster could have been cut down, like the whole portion involving the White Witch being revived ( seriously, that was a waste of screen time).
Graphic-wise, it was stunning. The costumes were perfect, seeing it was a high budget movie. So all the clinking metal armor, the swords, the helmets, the wear, all seemed pretty real. The CGI was also awesome. Coudn't really tell that Aslan was all computer graphic stuff, cause' it looked pretty freaking real to me. ><
The soundtrack was also brilliant. Seriously. The music backed the scenes in the movie perfectly, definitely gonna buy it when I get the chance.
