today decided to blog about something. That is, a song. To be precise, Madina Lake's Pandora. For those of you who do not know, Madina Lake is the band, and Pandora is the song. ><

I rather like this song, not just because how the tune appeals to me,but because of how the lyrics tie back into the melody and ultimately the entire song. At the starting bit, the tune is very quiet and the singer adopts a husky voice ( or what someone called "sexy lyrics" ><) in which the lyrics is probably about how a guy is having an affair with another woman. As he is in the middle of the process of intimate caricature, he is getting turned on. ><
Then, when we reach the chorus, the tune changes to something more heavier(and is not entirely related to the beginning of the song)as the guitarists actually start playing something. XD Then, in the lyrics, the main character(whos a guy) starts to reconsider this whole affair he is having, and how he will probably regret it for the rest of his life.
After the chorus, it reverts back to the husky voice and "sexy" tune and lyrics, and he starts singing about the sex again. Then the chorus repeats.
Overall, the whole lyrical idea is very interesting to me, and what is most interesting is that everything comes back together at the end: the singers change in voice, the melody, the use of guitar, and the lyrics. Great song.
